Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our goal is to ship orders place by 3:00 PM EST on a business day, shipped the same day. The average shipping time is 3-5 days but varies based on your location (we ship from Sterling Heights, MI). Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed and provide a rough estimate for when you will receive your products. During peak holiday times, our process may take a bit longer. However, we are a small business with just a few team members but know that we are working hard to fulfill your order out as quickly as possible. 

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. You may be subject to reshipping fees if your package needs to be reshipped due to inaccurate shipping you provided. Once your order ships, the transit time will vary base on the shipping option you chose at checkout. Please note that transit time is out of our control and there may be carrier delays due to the holiday and COVID disruptions.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We currently offer UPS and USPS as a shipping option. Please note that some have  experienced severe delays and missing packages with order that ship via USPS and we advise selecting UPS whenever possible.

 

IN-PERSON PICKUP

We are often get inquires about customers picking up their order in person to save on shipping costs. DUE to COVID concerns we are not offering this as an option. It is much easier, faster and let not forget to mention safer for us to ship orders  directly to you at this time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship to Europe, UK, Russia, Mexico, Ghana, and Morocco. Customers in other countries can place orders from our store. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping prices are at market rates and calculated at checkout.

MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.

In some cases, an order will be marked as delivered by the carrier even though the customer has not received it. If this happens to you, we ask that you give it an extra 2 days. Sometimes the carrier marks the order as delivered but doesn't actually deliver it until the next day. Other times, the order is mistakenly delivered or picked up by a neighbor. This is especially common if you live in a large building. So please check with your mail room and neighbors too. If it still hasn't shown up, you should reach out to the carrier and file a report using your tracking number. Packages that ship UPS or USPS Priority are insured for up to $100.
